I'm Kat, a freelance apparel designer specialising in outdoor and performance apparel. With over 8 years of experience in the outdoor and sportswear industry, I partner with brands to develop thoughtful, functional products from initial concept through to technical development.
My experience spans creative direction, concept development, colour design, range planning, garment design, CAD development, tech packs and product development.
Inspired by time spent outdoors, I believe the best products come from understanding how they're used, where they're used, and who they're designed for. I help brands create commercially relevant, user-centred products that balance performance, function and design.
